From the minute we came in the staff was so nice and helpful! The ladies helped us get into room with no problem and when we checked out in the morning she also helped us find a new route to take due to extreme weather conditions. Amazing service, with a warm and welcoming experience!
My husband and I recently stayed at the Grand River. I cannot say enough about the front desk woman, Therese. She was very friendly and engaging. Most of all though, was her being so very accommodating in letting me use the employee dryer when the hotel dryer malfunctioned, and I was left with two loads of wet laundry. Her help in that situation was a lifesaver.

Check in was easy & the gentleman professional and informative! The sweet gal that runs the bar/restaurant made me a terrific chicken salad! Room was very clean, bed extremely comfortable! Nothing bad to say about this place!
The best hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms are clean the staff is very helpful and friendly. The manager is a beautiful lady with a cheerful personality, just makes you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend to everyone.
One downside is no bathtub, they do have a hot tub but not exactly the same. I give them a 10+

Excellent customer service at the front desk, kudos to the Australian guy who checked us in! Sorry Im terrible with names. Traveling with a PET?, this is the place to stay, very accommodating and chill with putting you in the best place for easy access to outside. Jacuzzi and pool indoor are awesome and stay open until 11pm!❤ Overall great experience!Highly recommended!
Stayed here with my husband just so we could get away for a night and I had the most relaxing and quiet night, I’ve had in a very long time. I’d recommend staying here to anyone.

We were very impressed with the accomodations for such an incredible price. Room was very clean and neat. Damien(?), who checked us in, went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Kudos for all the excellant customer service!
Very nice motel to stay. We checked'in very late due to heavy traffic , they were able to extend the spa for extra 30 min so that we can relax . Staff were very friendly and thanks to Fatima for her wonderful customer service.
